Please write your RMA number on the box, and include a COPY OF THIS FORM with your computer, inside the box.
Shipping Methods:
The preferred, and least expensive, method for shipping is USPS Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service using a Flat Rate Padded Envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
You are welcome to use the courier of your choice.
If possible, please download any dives you want to keep in case we need to replace the circuit board.
If you ship using a USPS Priority Mail small shipping box, be sure to tape each open end of the box for shipping. The tabs and adhesive do not always keep contents secure.
Kindly remove wrist straps from Petrel, Perdix and Perdix AI and Peregrines models (unless they need replacement).
Remove brackets, cable strain relief and after-market parts from your NERD.
When possible, please remove mounting bracket from Predators.
